Refund policy

I'm a one person shop, and the items in my shop are all print-on-demand (ie, they don't print until you order them, and I don't have a warehouse with stock or anything like that) so I don't have a standard return policy. I want you to be really happy, though. If you aren't, I want you to tell me, and we'll work something out. It might be a refund, it might be a replacement. But this also works two ways... please don't order things in multiple sizes thinking that you'll return the one that doesn't fit because each item is made especially for you. If you have a question, let me know before you order.
 
But the point is, I want you to feel taken care of, and appreciated as a customer, and I'll always do my best to make that happen.
