MY ORDER
How do I place my order?
Simply choose your style, color, and size from either the drop-down menu or by clicking on the round swatches on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART+” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!
Where do I put the discount code?
In order to take advantage of a coupon code that you have, you need to go through the normal Checkout button rather than PayPal Express Checkout. Once you press on it simply put the code in the discount box. You can still proceed with the payment using your PayPal account once that is done.
Why my coupon code does not work?
Depending on the coupon code, it can be valid only on a specific product, a specific collection, or a product type. The discount codes can also become expired or be used a limited number of times.
Also, the coupon codes cannot be used in combination with any promotional offers such as 'Buy 2 Get 3'. You can, however, choose not to make use of the promotional offer (done on cart page) and enter your acquired coupon code during checkout.
I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status?
Just enter your order information on the Track Order page to track your order status.
I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.
To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!
I made an order 3 days ago and since it hasn’t been shipped yet, can I cancel it?Please know that all our products are made-to-order. Orders are sent to production within 24 hours from the time they are placed. After 24 hours, we can no longer cancel your order.
I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.
First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts.

How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
The mug I received was broken, how can I get a new one?Unfortunately, from time to time, mugs do get broken in transit. They are ceramic and if someone doesn't take good care of the package it can be broken. We have no problem sending you out one as a replacement if this happens. Please just send us a photo of the broken mug and your order details to help@tudorfair.com and we'll get you a new one out!
I got the wrong shirt. How can I get my correct order?In the event of a wrong order, please contact Customer Service at help@tudorfair.com. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your claim. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back to us.
I ordered the correct size but it's a bit small/large can I return it and exchange it for a different size?
We understand that ordering online often results in receiving a bad fit product. Thus if you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll do it free of charge when the exchanged garment is one size larger or smaller than the original. However, to save all of us time and hassle, before ordering please refer to the sizing chart in the product descriptions.
SHIPPING
I entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?
We can try to make corrections to your order within 24 hours from the time that you submitted your order form. If you request for the corrections after 24 hours, we will no longer be able to update it on our end. You will then have to wait for your order to be shipped to you.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
As our products are made to order, the production and packing process takes 5-6 business days, and we ship from fulfillment centers around the world, so shipping can take anywhere from between a week to three weeks. We will send you a tracking code as soon as it is sent to you, and many products specify the shipping time in the description.
I ordered multiple items but haven't gotten all of them. What's going on?
Our products are printed on demand and aren't stocked in-house. Sometimes your orders will come from different locations, so you may receive one item before the next. They're all coming!
